HEAD INJURY RESULTING IN TINGLING FEET

Hi, I had a concussion about 3 wks ago and after that I  have had a tingling sensation in my feet. I want to know if this is expected and what can be done to resolve this. As a a positive side effect, I have also noticed that things seem to be moving in slow motion some times. In other words, I see things much quicker and my reflexes have improved. Is this normal ?

I had a head lnjury jn  2000.  My feet gradually  started tingling after a year or two.  also I developed knots in my Iegs that cause them  to ache. could this be a result of the head ingury.  If so, what can be done about it.  Can it be healed or do I  have to take pain killers and muscle relaxers the rest of my life?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

How are you? Were there other parts in your body that was affected (back, legs, etc).Tingling feet may be caused by possible nerve compression. If i t persists, have this evaluated further for proper management. Complete neurological examination will help determine if this is nerve associated or not. With regards to your improved reflexes, this may also be an effect of  the concussion.

Take care and do keep us posted.
