Head Injury

Im 23 yearsold and work as a fire fighter, We where training on school bus rescue and advanced stabilization. We where lifting cars with air bags, when another fire fighter disconnected the charge hose and it hit my on the right side/back of my head ear/behind ear and left thigh. These hoses pack a a punch 150 PSI. I was wearing a helment and proper PPE but of course it didnt cover where I got hit. Right after I got hit I saw white and was stunned, I had severe pain and couldn't hear. When the instructor noticed he jumped down to turn the air off but instead turned the pressure up and it started hitting me harder. I didn't go to the hospital, I had a stupid reason, I didn't want the guys to look at me different because I am a female on the job. I know it was a ridiculous call and I risked danger to myself. Well when I got back to the station I told my chief and the next day I went to occupational health and they did an xray and tested my hearing, it dropped about 90% from when I started the fire department. They sent me back to work and it started getting worse, got dizzy, couldnt hear, nausea and vomiting and kept falling. Chief finally sent me back and occupational health took me off work and sent me to see an ENT. The ENT comfirmed the hearing loss and sent me to vestibular rehab. Soon after I started rehab, everything got worse I dont know if it was from what they where doing or what. Then I started getting stroke like symptoms, my right side of face was drooping got numbness and weakness on my right side and my vision messed up in my right eye and had severe pain on the right side of my head. They sent me back to the ENT and the ENT sent me to the hospital where I stayed for 3 days, they did all the tests possible and couldnt find anything. I had a test dont that showed my balance nerves where damaged and I had nastagmus in my eyes. They said I was having a post traumatic migraine. I was released, couple days later I fell and split my head open, I came up my stairs got real dizzy and severe pain behind my right ear and my vision distorted, I tried to grab something to stop me from falling but what I thought was there wasn't and I fell hit the corner of the night stand on the right side temple. I went to hospital got that taken care of and went back to ENT and she referred me to a opthamologist, neurologist and otolarnyngologist. She thinks maybe my middle ear bones where whacked out of place and may need surgery. I forgot to mention this happened in May and workers comp tried to fight it and all these tests where recent. I am still waiting for workers comp to approve the doctors that the ENT says I need. Everyday I get a little worse. Can someone help me? Why if I got whacked on the rightside its affecting my right side? Isn't usually the opposite side? Should't I be better now? Not getting worse? Today my vision is blurry and crackled in my right eye, I get a tearing sensation on the back of my eye, I have severe pain behind my right ear and on my temple where I fell, I am still nauseated and vomiting, my right side is numb and weak, I keep falling and am very dizzy. I cant drive. I cant live like this and they cant figure out whats wrong. I am getting a worse headache dealing with workers comp? Please help. An ideas would be awesome. I forgot to mention that my memory is bad and its getting worse.

First -- You need to get to an ophthalmologist retinal specialist right away.  THe eye problem is an emergency or you may go blind.

Second -- You need a Workers Comp Attorney right away.  You are being jerked around and you need some "big guns" to get things going.   The attorney will represent you.  Nobody else is actually advocating for you.  You are in no condition to advocate for yourself.

As I write this, I am hoping you are already in the hospital.
