Head Pain after Head Injury

on the 1st of June I drank a whole bottle of southern comfort and think I had a touch of alcohol poisening.
During that night I threw up, I then fell out of the bed and hit my head, above my left eye, I repeatidly hit my head on the wall and also hit my head in the bathroom.
I then continued to be sick.
The next day I could barely walk and everytime I turned my head it was a horrible sensation.
around 5:20 I had some dry toast and a small class of Pepsi. 10 minites later I threw it up. Anything I had, such as water would come back which I assumed was the drinking.
Now on the 10th my head feels like pressured above my temples, and I have found a small area on my head that feels like my skull is cracked, and it is a very painful when I rubbed my finger on the area. I am not 100% but that is what it felt like.
My eyes are dropping as if I am drowsey, but I am not tired.
I had a nose bleed without any contact to anything, I was talking and a nose bleed occured.
My left eye on Friday (3rd) was really badly bloodshot, and a part of my eye was bruised. I saw a GP which said it was just a minor bleed which would fade which it has, but I am getting pains in and around my eye.

I am very worried and frustrated that my local doctors will not listen to me.
When do I know the time to go to the hospital?

Hi,
thanks for query.
First of all you should get your blood pressure checked. It is possible that due to injury to your head when you fell down, there is bump on that area. You must be having some G.I. disturbance like indigestion because of which you are having continuous vomiting. There is no obvious reason for nasal bleeding at this time, you are right you should go to hospital and get your self examined and have second opinion. Lack of proper sleep, weakness and dehydration due to repeated vomiting and poor intake could be the reason for drowsiness. Still please visit a doctor.

Wishing you good health,.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You could have fractured a bone due to repeated hitting or caused a soft tissue injury to scalp. Possibility of a subdural slow forming hematoma is also there. Hence it is important you go to the emergency department and get this evaluated.
Soft tissue injury of the scalp can be every painful and cause indentations in the skull. Since your eye are drooping and you are sleepy even after ten days of alcohol, its high time a MRI of brain was done—however yes, my assumption is based purely on symptoms you mention . Please go to an ER and get this evaluated.
Take care!
