Headaches, nausea, ear buzzing, tightness in throat..please help

Hi, need some advice...

Started around 2 months ago with mild headaches. Now, I am getting fairly strong headaches with pain usually in the forehead region above the eyes & hairline. Sometimes in the middle of the forehead & right at the top of the skull. Occasionally, I feel a bit nauseous & head spinning.
Since last 2 weeks, I am getting a very high pitched ringing in my left ear. I can also feel a bit of air pressure in both ears. Get headaches when I wake up in the morning.

A little bit of stiffness in the neck.

Also feeling a bit of a tightness in my throat for the last 4-5 days. Like when you wear a tight collared shirt.

Blood results are ok. Slight elevated cholesterol levels but blood sugar levels, liver, kidney all ok. Blood pressure was a bit concerning - lower was 100! Will get it checked again in the next few days.

Getting MTHFR, homocysteine & vit B levels checked. Results expected in the next couple of days.

I have asked my GP to write a script for MRI of the brain. Booked in for 29th.

Any views on what could be wrong with me? Headaches are really bad - I had to have a couple of Nurofens (brufen) a few time (I avoid medication as much as possible).

Should I be seeing a neurologist?

Thanks in advance.
