Headaches for past 2 years

For the past 2 years i have suffered and am still suffering with headaches. I suffered with headaches for several months a year ago, and then march of last year they stopped. In october of last year thay started again and have had them ever since.
Its a pain all the way across my forehead. I went to the doctor who said it could be my sinuses he prescribed me a anti histamine to take every night for a month. Its been almost a month and although i havent got as many headaches i am still suffering with them. Sometimes the headaches feel like they are conected to my nose but my nose isnt blocked.
Any suggestions on what this might be??
