Headaches with face numbness

I sustained a TBI close to 6 yrs ago.  Was also diagnosed w/cervical vertigo...and had a cervical fusion @c6-7 two yrs ago.  I have been having terrible pressure headaches on my left side of my head, behind my temple.  the left side of my face feels tingly and numb. I've also been pretty dizzy. I cannot sleep on my left side because of the worsenning of headache.  Three months ago I sustained two addtl. concussions, after falling on ice.  I am unsure if this is related or not...I had a ct scan following the 1st and actually fell again the same nite I had that ct scan.

Some other symptoms include being incredibly tired...and cognitive errors...spelling words wrong, problems putting sentences together, etc.

i went to my family doc, because the clinic I was planning on going to needed a neurology referal which i receieved.  I am worried sick, and wonder what this sounds like to the experts.  the sensation on my face runs down the left side of my neck.
please help

Common cold, sinusitis, ear infection, sensory nerve compression, peripheral neuropathy as in diabetes, inflamed wisdom tooth, impacted wisdom tooth, dental caries, etc  can all cause facial numbness and pain. They can also cause ear numbness that spreads to face.
Hemi facial numbness is also seen in Bell’s palsy, trigeminal neuralgia where a spasm may cause numbness, or due to acoustic neuroma which is a benign tumor of the eighth cranial nerve.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please discuss these possibilities with an ENT doctor and a neurologist. Take care!
