Hit by a rock on my forehead just above my right eyebrow

Hello, well about 3-4 months ago i was hit by an average sized rock in the forhead just above my right eyebrow, i was lucky it did not hit me in the eye, anyways when i was hit this rock was coming towards me fast and i fell over as it was unexpected for the rock to hit me, however i did not black out , it did not really hurt , i just got back up and it left a graze and a bit of blood, a moment later a bump appeared just above my right eyebrow, after a few days the bump vanished and i started getting this headaches, as i have a past medical experience of migraines, i was told by my doctor to take some tablets, which didn't really stop these headaches, however these headaches stopped after 1month of getting them on and off, and then have came back recently, since then i have also been having focusing problems, and it takes me longer than it used to try remember something, but no memory loss at all, bare in mind that it has been 4 months, and im just wondering if i should see my gp and ask him to refer me to a neuroligst just incase it is something serious, i havent been sick at all through this period of time.
