My drowsiness is so bad since I was in an abusive relationship what can I do to help it I know I had muscle damage to my left side of my head and it is my temporalis thank you

Hi!
Extreme drowsiness after an abusive relationship can be due to post traumatic stress. It can also be due to head injury, so you need a CT scan or MRI. Insomnia due to stress, or any other sleep disorder too could be the cause. Other possibility is severe anemia. You need to consult a doctor, and may be need referral to a sleep specialist. Take care!
