Every once in a while I will turn my neck to either my left or my right, and then it's like a nerve pinches, in the back part of my head, and then a get a tingling/numbing sensation that goes all over my head, like when your foots asleep, but with a little more power to it, and sometimes it can make my eye twitch too. I don't worry to much, because it rarely happens, but I would still like to know what's causing it or if it can become worse with age.
Yes tingling numbness in the head on moving the neck is a sign of a pinched nerve in the cervical region.
Please correct your posture if you have a bad posture, do some neck exercises everyday and you can take a OTC B complex supplement also every day.
