Lumps and swelling of forehead

I fell about three weeks ago. I went face down on concrete.  My nose bled and I swelled some and had pain at the bridge of my nose for days.  Then about a week ago, I got a lump in my right temple.  It was as if it was just under the skin.  It was not small.  I had a head ache of sorts while it was showing.  Then the next morning it was gone, then within a few days I noticed the lump was now in the middle of my forehead.  Sort of long and hard.  It was very plain and close to an inch in height.  Then my head ached like sinus problems.  I put ice on it and it went away by the next day.  Now for two days, this same lump has moved to over my left eye brow.  It comes later in the day.  It went down some but not away this morning.  Now it has caused my eye lid to be almost swollen shut.  Since this is three weeks after what I felt was just a hard fall, what can this be?  Thank you all

Thank you so much for your reply.  I am much better now.  I'm horrible about going to the doctor.  I am one of those in-betweens, 64 years old.  I am retired, but no medical insurance.  I will have to wait until I am 65 for medicare.  I do believe I just had a bad sinus infection.  I had minor surgery last Oct. when they told me to take Arnica Montana (across the counter at health stores) to prevent bruising.  I dug it out and took it again.  I do not know if that is what helped or not, but as of right now, I am doing okay.
Thanks again for your help.  It is so wonderful to know someone of your knowledge would help someone on these forums.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

How are you? If the lump is causing your eyelid swollen shut and doesn't go away, have this evaluated as soon as you can. The presence of pain and swelling makes the possibility of infection and inflammation very high.  Other differentials include folliculitis, lipoma or enlarged lymph node.  Although direct clinical examination  and some laboratory tests are essential in determining the underlying cause. Have this evaluated further for proper  diagnosis and management.

Take care and do keep us posted.
