Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Your symptoms could be due to raised intracranial pressurePressure ulcer as seen in benign intracranial hypertension. This happens due to impaired CSF absorption. A generalized throbbing headache worst felt in the morning and last thing at night. This is often accompanied by sounds in the ear or tinnitus and visual problems. Hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, adrenal insufficiency are a few things I would recommend you get investigated for. These can precipitate BIH. A spinal tap is a must both to diagnose the condition and to treat it.
It could also be due to blocked Eustachian tube or due to middle or inner ear infection or wax in the ear canal. There are many other causes related to the nerve of hearing and to the ear.
Please discuss this with your doctor and get a referral for a neurologist and an ENT specialist. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
