Physio leg muscle

Hi i had a head injury/brain injury in 01 and as a result been unable to walk,i can walk with a frame because i can't balance and allso my right leg feels very heavy infact my arm and hand and fingers do only on my right side,my left side is fully useable.My question is if i brought a walking mld i benefit from this or will it make my tone and Spascity worse,i need replies from experts or physio to reply thank you very much Daniel Eady ps can u repley with your position in this subject
