Skull after crainotomy (olfactory groove meningioma)

Skull after crainotomy (olfactory groove meningioma)

I had a skull base tumor crainotomy to remove a olfactory groove meningioma the size of a limon in August of 2010.
As a result of this tumor, I have lost my sense of smell.
My forehead hurts to the touch (both sides)  Scalp feels tight (not incision site) TOP OF SCALP, seems that the area
spreading downward.  Is this to be expected?
