Urgent: Need an Answer soon...

My grand ma is 75 years old female,, with suffers from some age related diseases but one week earlier, she started vomting, migraine and dizziness,, the doctor guessed that she has inflamation (inflammation) in the middle ear and after 3 days from taking medications and thier was no response another doctor saw her (Brain and nerves doctor), and he said that she have a clot in the brain near to The cerebellum and the Brain stem or between them I don't remmber exactly and tell now she still sufferring so now what is the case, And does she need an operation btw I don't guess that she can have an operation and she is very depressed, I feel that she fells she gonna die and I feel so as well?? please answer me what is the case, Is she near to death???
