What is that weird feeling on my head ? SOS

1 week ago I started having some sort of itchyness on the top of my head.(scalp)
Now I STILL feel itchy, not pain , a bit of annoyance and i realised that my skin is a bit red. Also I have to lean my head on my hand.
What scares me is that this feeling is in the whole TOP part of my head not just in one point.
I am an international student in UK and I feel so scared that it might be something serious !!!
I also have that black spot in my right eye (in my vision)
Please could anyone tell me if this is very serious ?
Please do not tell me just to consult a GP as I have to wait a week for that !
Ive been told that it might be from stress or from a million other factors but im scared for the worst !

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms you have could be due to two main reasons. One is a dermatitis, eczema or infection of the scalp. The other is a pinched cervical spinal nerve. Since there is redness and itchiness, chances of skin lesion are more. You will have to consult a skin specialist to start with as it is difficult to diagnose on net. Black spots or floaters are common in eye and often indicate eye strain. However if these are accompanied by flashes or loss of vision then an eye specialist should be consulted immediately.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
