acute infarct

my father is  said that there is a block in right side of brain. it was given as hypodense area noted in right temporal and parietal lobe.... acute infact. some conditions or data i got this ok from hospital. These are given below
1.Posterior fossa normal cerebellar hemisphere .2. Sella and supraseller regoin normal. 3.cortical sulci and gyri normal. 4.No cerebral edema 5.basal cisterns normal 6.Ventricular system normal 7.No midline shift noted 8.No evidence of intra axial bleed 9.Skull vault appears normal; no evidence of fracture. 10.Orbits appear normal no evidence of sol 11.Visualised paranasal sinuses appear.

So this is my fathers condition. The hospital people told that one injection is enough to cure this block. Is is really enough ?
