My new husband molested my 8yr old daughter and is blaming it on traumatic brain injury from a recent accident.
Is this as offensive to you as it is to me? None of my research mentions this kind of symptom.

Disabilities resulting from a traumatic brain injury depend upon the severity of the injury, the location of the injury, and the age and general health of the individual.  It is true that  problems with cognition,  sensory processing, communication  and behavior or mental health (depression, anxiety, personality changes, aggression, acting out, and social inappropriateness) may result from this condition but have him evaluated by his doctor for proper management and investigation. Child molestation is not allowed and needs to be given appropriate punishment as stated by the law. Take care and best regards.

She is good, thank you. Fortunately, she came to me with the ugly truth right away.
Frankly, I do not care why he did it. I feel it is such in insult to the people who are dealing with brain injuries. Maybe he will recieve "treatment" in prison.
