concussions

I have had 2 concussions in the past 2 years.  I hit my head again today when I was getting out of my car but I didnt hit it very hard like the 2 times before.  however i was dizzy instantly and got a headache and felt nauseated.  That was this morning.  I took 2 excederins but i now still feel dizzy and nauseated and have a headache.  Is this normal to happen after you have had previous concussions and hit your head but not very hard?

If you have hit your head twice in past two years, and have again hit it even though not hard, then since you are having nausea, dizziness and headache, you must promptly get a neurological evaluation. This will include a CT scan or MRI and a complete battery of clinical tests and examinations. Headache and dizziness can also be due to concussion, but it could be due to brain injury too. Take care!
