fatigue after metabolic coma/stupor

I was in a hyponatremic stupor 2 years ago.  I noticed I have dark cirles under my eyes since the incident.  In the hospital they called it eccyhnosis or something.  I thought it was from the pain and anxiety medication.  I tried to cut back on both of these but I still look/feel really tired and fatique.  I was wondering if anyone else experienced excessive tiredness, dark eyes, or trouble taking as much medicine after a head injury.
