head injury after falling object-

I got a head injury 3 months back after falling object on back(scalp) of my head..
I have done CT Scan & X-Ray...all the reports are normal..but I may have Concussion..
I m seeing the Physio Therapist..my symptoms are less but still there like headache,nausea,dizziness,confusion.
so my ques. is how long the symptoms last?

I have got the MRI done..my report is normal..
but my symptoms are still there..like vertigo with movement,still feeling head pain where I got hit,no endurence left,nausea,neck & back pain gets worst when I exert too much..dr. says it will go away with time..
so my Ques. is - it's been 4 months now, how long these symtoms would last?? will it go away ever??

Get the MRI if that is what your doctor is suggesting, because it should be done.

Thanks for the reply..I appreciate that..
I got a lump on back of my head after injury..that part is still tender and gives me pain and nausea so my dr. recommends me to get MRI of my head..but I think that will also go along with rest of the symtoms..what do u suggest?

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
How long a concussion will last is difficult to say. It may last from a few days to a few years. What is important is that your symptoms are decreasing. This way they will disappear. However if they persist for a few months, then you may need to repeat a MRI of the brain and upper cervical spine may be required.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
