head injury

About 3 weeks ago i seam to have hit my head. i dont remember doing it however, i do remember being told thst i have. now i have pain on the right side of the crown on my head. my moods have changed, i have list energy, i have clear fluid coming out of my nose and very bad diahrea. My vision is as though im drunk , very slow with reading and taking things in. apart from that i have no other symtoms looking at me you can see im looking down but am fine talking and walking. i cant move my head freely as it jars and causes me pain. im talking pain killers but its not getting any better and has been slowly getting worse over the last 3 weeks. what should i do?

Hi!
You seem to be having changes specific to brain injury and even probably spinal nerve compression in the neck region. Nausea, vomiting, excess sleep, severe headache, difficulty in walking and balance, tremors, seizures, vision problems, ringing in ears etc are all signs of head injury. You need to get this investigated immediately. Please go to the ER and get a complete neurological examination along with MRI of head and neck region. Take care!
