head pop

hi, during a jiu jitsu class i had a choke demonstrated on me, it was an artirial choke....when the pressure was applied i field the obvious and natural blood pressure in my head spike. it was very quick and after about 1 second of pressure i felt something in my head pop.....i had a strange headache after wards and when lying down in bed i can feel a sort of throbbing pressure behind my eyes/nose  area......should i be concerened about this?
obviously im reluctant to keep training if its going to damage me!

also i have suffered from anxiety for the past couple of years and after this has happened.....i dont seem to be having any anxious feelings......could this be related?

My cousin had a major headache behind his eyes for 4 days. He became really light headed, diaphoretic (clammy, sweaty) and fell to his knees. My aunt called an ambulance, unsure what was going on. At the hospital it was determined that he had a cerebral aneurysm (blood vessel burst in his brain). Headaches are a sign. My cousin is now in ICU and has  had 2 craniotomys, he was able to eat, talk, and of sound mind after his 1st one, even thought he had 47 staples in his head. Then suddenly his left side became weak and his speech slurred and he had another blood vessel in his brain rupture. They did 2nd surgery and he now can fell on his left side but not move it. If your headache persists definitely go to dr. n have it checked. I have worked in hospitals for past 13 yr. cerebral aneurysms in people 25-45 have increased 10 fold in that time. No studies have been done to discover reason for this increase. However, recreational, moderate, and habitual methaphetamine use has been noted in most of the patients history. This is a result of the drug being made  with different various chemicals now,
