Could you add a little more information to your post?  Did you hit your head prior to you going to sleep or before that?

What medical problems do you have and what medications do you take?

Did you take something to help you sleep?

Did you have problems sleeping prior to this and feel like you are catching up on sleep?  Did you drink any alcohol prior to sleep or use any street drugs?

More information would be helpful so that we can help you.  Thank you.
