mild head injury resulting in headaches and neck pain

Hi,

I had a fall the first week of December 2015 on the right side of my head outside my apartment.  The first 3 days I had left arm numbness/weakness while sleeping and could not bend it for long periods of time.  I was feeling heat coming out the back of my head, and my eyes felt tired.

Since then, I've been having neck pains, head feeling heavy, tiredness, sleepiness for up to a week.

After that, I've been having random headaches and pain in my neck. (No more numbness in left arm)

Do I need to go to the doctors?

umm...yes? Sounds like you did some damage there. You should have gone in weeks ago.
Going to ask that this be moved though. This is Dermatology...skin problems.
