neck problems pertaining to head numbness??

for the last few years ive been having issues with my neck popping and blurring my vision, however, my father has the same issue often and said it was simply a pinched nerve, while this still may be nothing to be worried about, i figured this is a little out of my medical understanding at this point, so tonight literally 15 min ago, i had an extreme pop in the upper right part of my neck and it felt as though it went up into my brain as well, then i  felt what i presumed to be my brain beginning to bleed and the right side of my head in about the area you can cover by grasping the back right part of your head with your fingers spread wide (also my right ear [as well as losing hearing]) went completely numb including a warmth inside my head that spread through my brain (causing what i could only think to describe as a warm liquid flowing through my brain that almost hurt) and now i feel as though it could happen again at any moment, not incredibly worried as i dont seem to have lost any kind of cognitive ability that im aware of, and im aware that doesnt always mean there isnt damage because i dont notice it, im just trying to self check generally right now, im fairly confident in my medical capabilities but im not that sure when it comes to brain and neck problems, no rush, not very sociable may not check for a few days anyways :) btw numbness went away after about a minute and regained hearing in about 5 min.
