neuro rehabilitation centers in jaipur

I had posted a question regarding the condition of my mother who is recovering from traumatic brain injury from falling from stairs.  I've posted my earlier question regarding her condition below.  She is now in minimally conscious state, opening eyes, moving limbs and sometimes responding to basic commands such as opening mouth, showing tongue etc.  She has also recently started speaking simple words such as Ram Ram when asked to.
She is completely bed ridden at this point and we are considering moving her to a rehabilitation center in jaipur for faster recovery.  Could someone provide information on any neuro rehabilitation centers for such patients in jaipur (Rajasthan, india)?

---------------------------------

My mother, 68 yr old, had a fall 2 months from multiple stairs and suffered from multiple blood clots and contusions in the brain.  She had surgery to remove clots from the frontal lobes and there was also a subdural haematoma which wasn't operated on.  She was on ventilator support for more than a month and is now on oxygen support only.  She also started opening her eyes after a month and sometimes responded to basic commands to open her eyes\mouth.  Her limbs had no reponse for a month and now she sometimes  moves them slightly involuntarily or under pain response.  However, her response keeps fluctuating on daily basis, from being responsive to basic commands to not even opening eyes.  Her recent CT scans revealed that her subdual clot has resolved completely and has a small lacunar infarct in bilateral capsulo ganglionic regions.  There is also hypodensity regions in the front lobes (where surgery was done) and pons (which had contusions).
Could you provide some insight into her prognosis and why her consciousness levels keep fluctuating?

Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your mother, and though I do not have any address, what I can suggest is ask her neurologist for a good physiotherapy center that specializes in neurologically challenged. Generally trauma, and spinal injury centers have these specialties. Also big hospitals have physiotherapists trained in such cases.
Hope this helps. Take care!
