poor foot circulation

in march of 07 i had a traumatic brain injury which caused me to have poor circulation. i usually only had poor circulation in my arm when it was cold and when i raised my arm and squeezed my fist it went away. since i was 8 i have been diagnosed with ADD, i took ritalin for 6 yrs then adderal for 6yrs stopped taking it, did poorly academically got into the accident that caused my brain injury from driving and passing out from extremely low blood sugar since im diabetic. during the time i was in the hospital i didnt take adderall (adderrall). now i restarted taking it and my foot is purple and freezing on my right side. when i took adderall (adderrall) during the 6yrs i never had circulation problems. so basically i want to know why my right foot is freezing and not circulating? is it from the traumatic brain injury or the adderall (adderrall) combined with the traumatic brain injury..since im diabetic im very conscious my feet and im unsure of what i should do?
