problem in walking and diagnosis of my condition

Good day everyone my name is Simrat Singh and i'am 26 years of age i wanted to put scans of reports and findings of doctors in india and london  where nothing conclusive has been found on my condition but wasn't able to do so can anyone tell me how to do so????this is my brief case history, born by cesarean due to foetal distress but progressed normally, problem in walking started to be noticed when i was about 16-17 years old 2 episodes of malaria with temp reaching 106*f and one head injury during that time but mri's are normal except slight thinning of spinal cord All GENETIC TESTS including FRIEDREICH'S ataxia is negative upper limbs are alright but the EMG showed delay in motor conduction and motor responses to the lower limbs(below knees) is unobtainable I can walk but it is unsteady, scissoring and the back of ankles and caffs feel tight rather than flexible have problem with obstructions such as stairs. CAN ANYONE Please suggest where can there be better treatment and research or any other observations and if you have seen a case like mine and Please also tell me how to post the Reports and Scans

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
One possibility is Adult-Onset Autosomal Dominant Leukodystrophy. I am providing a link, where you can contact them for further guidance (http://www.neugenes.org/adld.htm).Tarsal tunnel syndrome (can have positive nerve conduction defects) is another possibility.
Hope this helps. Take care!
