severe headache

hi..I am 22 yrs of old and have a 3 mos old daughter.I have been having headaches since my brother passed away.. and now my headaches came or maybe because i just gave birth. I don't know :(( and it's like my head is so heavy that sometimes I couldn't sleep, from the top of my forehead down to my neck..I wonder what's going on.I need answers.

I am so sorry to hear about your brother’s death. Traumatic experiences can cause tension headaches and even migraines.
There is a chance that you have compression of the spinal nerves in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc.
It could also be due to poor or disturbed sleep. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
