sudden head pressure above ears and temples

Since the beggining of febuary I have been getting sudden bouts of ear and head pressure. it started off as just a balloon expanding suddenly in my ear feeling that would start and go away usually within 2-3 seconds.
that has progressed to feeling intense pressure all around my ears specifically above them, also in my temples and the back of my head.

like the ear pressure this comes on suddenly and then slowly tapers off. it feels like air is expanding in my head all of a sudden then pushing my temples, and above the ears outwards. its quite scary , especially in the last few days where the pressure has gotten so intense that ive almost went to the ER.

the pressure often comes on when i slightly tilt my head to the side or when i open my jaw to eat, but also comes on randomly when sitting still. I can sometimes also feel it in the roof of my mouth, and lower cheeks above my teeeth, but not much. the main points that seem to always be effected are above my ears, in front of my ears on my temples, the top sides of both sides of my head and the back of the head and neck.

ive been taking a nasal spray as the doctor I went to said it was likely a estuchian tube problem or sinus problem.
but it hasnt helped at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
