very sorreal

Hi, about 4 years ago i took exstacy..since then things have not been the same. Life to me seems very sorreal.
waking up seems as if im still in dream. Everything is very hazey. I dont understand. I have very bad headaces.
And very tierd all the time. At times when im laying down for a long pierd of time..when standing up fuzzieness comes over my eyes like im about to pass out an if its to bad i will have to sit back down to stop it.
like i said this has been going on for 4 years i have sought advise and answers but always dead ends please help!!
