week old head bump

I bumped my head about a week ago on a sharp corner of a bathroom in the very top of my friends house as I was bending over to throw away something in a wastebasket. I'll admit that I'm not exactly disciplined in going to sleep at a normal time of night, so I've felt somewhat tired for a good couple of weeks, but I'm not sure if it's that light of a symptom considering the late natasha richardson's "lack" of symptoms. I have TMJ and allergic rhinitis, and I was wondering if this was going to mask any extra pain I may have mistaking it for my normal ailments.
