Do you consider a myelogram safe if someone who could possible have a CSF leak?

Also, whats the chance of a bad reaction to dye? If there is one can they treat it?

Also, is it much worse than a spinal tap or about the same?

Do you consider a myelogram safe if someone who could possible have a CSF leak?
                 The myelogram can be done in this case, and would surely hepl to know (if leakage) is present.

Also, whats the chance of a bad reaction to dye? If there is one can they treat it?
                 Can be minor headache to a anaphylactic reaction, hence the investigation is performed in front of the doctors.

Also, is it much worse than a spinal tap or about the same?
                Would be same as spinal tap as the dye needs to injected.
