Severe sinus type pain for months..please help?

I have been suffering with headaches/cheek & jaw ache & ear ache for over 2 months - head pain being worst to cope with. History - Have allergies to dustmites, cats etc. Am under care of allergist and take nasal sprays/antihistimines. My headaches began at work following building work/high dust levels in the office. My doctor has treated me with 4 rounds antibitoics/ 3 week steroids/painkillers - treated as severe sinusitus. Had MRI done & results clear. Both puzzled. Symptoms - Moderate to severe pain between eyes-forehead area - worsens at night and throbbing pain reduces me to tears at timess. Full ear feeling & dr said ear drums bulging. Also get cheek acheing & jaw acheing - comes and goes. Headaches being worst want to press my thumbs under eyebrow as applying pressure seems to almost help a tiny bit. Dr now prescribed 'Pregabalin' today & looking into other avenues as nothing helped so far. I am in daily pain & at my wits end. It feels like terrible bout of sinusitus, but the MRI was all clear. Please help. What could this be?

Try a neti pot. I have a Lot of sinus problems as well as my daughter.  Using this daily has helped us out a lot. Make sure you have the salt too--I tried it without the salt and it burned really bad.

This answer does not at all answer my question. I had already said I am being treated for my allergies and I had also stated in my question I know which allergies I have. Please therefore answer my question.

The best way out if prevention.
You need to stay away from all the allergens.

Please find out the complete list of substances that creates allergic reaction inside the body. Once the list is identified, make sure that you stay away from these things.
Prevention is only the way out as allergic reactions/responses can't have a cure.
