Compare Doctors Without Health Insurance

I do not have health insurance and am looking for a doctor.  Are there any provisions under the new law that would allow for a comparison of doctors based on what each charges for service, short of calling each and asking?

Just commented on your similar post in Health Insurance Expert Forum.

Under the Affordable Healthcare Act everyone will should have insurance and the issuance company, or Medicare/Medicaid will be able to tell you what a doctors visit, treatments, or test will cost you. There would be no need to call individual doctors and ask them what they will charge.
