Dental Insurance

by Carol 1, Mar 20, 2007 12:00AM
Hi,

I am a small business employer (5 employees) and I'm trying to determine whether it would be more cost effective for me to purchase a dental insurance plan, or to simply ask all my employees to go to the dentist twice per year and pay for their visits.  If anyone has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate the input.

If your employees are in their 20's-30's it might be wise to just pay their dental bills.  If your employees are 50's-60's the dental insurance might be worthwhile.
