Is This Legal

Dear Amir Mostafaie, I recently failed a drug test and my mother was flipping out about it. It's because I smoked marijuana for the past year. BUT now that found out that i smoke weed, she wants me to get my blood checked every 3 month, is it legal for her to have those blood test results known to her? because i thought when you were 18 everything is confidential in dealing with hospital tests and results
