Neuropsychologists that accept medicaid

Curious to know if anyone knows any Neurologists/Neuropsychologists that accept medicaid?  I am in NYS but am willing to travel.  My sons IQ of 135 has dropped to 92 in two years.  There is a history of epilepsy and mental health issues in the family and I believe he needs a SPECT scan at this point.  He had an MRI and EEG a long time ago and they were unremarkable, but I know that sometimes an MRI and EEG scans don't catch everything.  We are very concerned about his behavior which all seems to be frontal lobe related ie: impulsivity.  Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
