No longer covered??

Before and while I was pregnant I was covered by Pa Medicaid (medical assistance).  I have now have high blood pressure and anxiety and take two different meds.  I need to keep seeing a dr and need to keep taking my pills but my case workers says I only have three months from the birth of my child that I am covered by medicaid.  I have tried to explain I need these meds and he always brushes me off and tells me there is nothing he can do.  Does anyone have any advice on what I should do??
