Open Enrollment, Which PPO... Pregnant

So it's that time again, my work offers a few plans... Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO 2500, 1500, and 500. The plans go up significantly per plan, 2000 ($450), 1500 ($650), 500 ($850). The PPO 500 is the best plan, but that's a big difference in monthly premiums. And suggestions? Input?
