Pre-existing Conditon?

Hi amir.I signed up for a health care ppo plan
about a year ago and forgot to mention I was
born with one kidney .I have never had any
problems with it and have had blood test recently
and all tests were normal. I was wondering if I should
disclose it now and would it affect some claims I
have had in  the recent months even though they
have nothing related?

It is in your best interest to consult with the licensed agent who helped you during the process of enrollment.
In my experience, most health Insurance applications will require you to verify & sign off on the fact that you represent that all information supplied on your application is true, complete and correctly recorded by you & that you have read, understand and agree that the information supplied in your application form will be decisive for the approval of your application and that any misrepresentation and/or mistake in such information can be reason for cancellation/termination of the coverage for which you are applying.  

Cancellation/termination also called rescinding can affect other unrelated claims.
