Pulmonary Embolism

I am travelling to Vegas next month (from London) this will be the first time I travel following having blood clots on both lungs during pregnancy, both clots have dispersed, I am no longer on Warfarin and after my blood tests they believe the clots were brought on by pregnancy alone.
Do I need different travel insurance to normal?

Dear g18nab,

I am not sure what you consider different or normal travel insurance, but either way I recommend that if you are planning to purchase travel insurance to cover health related services (while you are traveling), that you find out from your travel insurance carrier if they would consider embolism a pre-existing condition and if & how they would cover it should you need any services for it.

Sincerely,
