Very high hemolysis/high globulin high protein

Turned down for life insurance after blood and urine came back with the above.  Hemolysis 66 norm 10.  I am post gastric bypass, hypothyroidism and am convinced using NSAID for back pain threw off my results.  What are my options?  Can I retest? Should I be worried?  Applying for this insurance was co-opted by a really crappy company (pretty filthy collection procedures).  Also TNP noted as a result in some of the urine what does this mean?
