What excuse is there for AETNA to take 6 months to process a claim?
I had some blood tests done about six months ago.  My plan is supposed to cover lab tests.  I just got a letter from the lab saying my bill is outstanding.

So I logged into Aetna Navigator...  and I'd be darned... Claim Status: In Progress

What excuse is there for them to be taking so long to process a $35 claim?
