a school bus driver

My school bus got t-boned at a intersection,I been going to a workmans comp Doctor for lower back pain the accident happen sept,21,2007. Now I am having pain in my  left leg, left arm. My pain starts from my back down to my foot  with some tingling.I also been going to therapy. The doctor I went too more less .I seem okay that I could return to work. I also have pain in my groin. I am taking ibuprofen 800. I  think I have a pintch nerve. It also wakes me up during the night. The doctor more less told me a little pain ,just  deal with it. I wish I could get a scecond opion, I dont know what my rights are since its work related.  thank you
