how do you find a share of cost medicaid doctor

i need to find a dentist , a primary care doctor, and a surgeon. who takes share of cost medicaid.  i have avascularnorcrosiss of the left phemeroal head  and need my hip replaced. but cant find anyone to work with the share of cost

Your access to Providers depends on where you live. Typically your case worker should be able to help you find a provider in your area, so that's where I would start.
