insurance help wanted professional only!

I'm nineteen years old I witnessed my mothers death diagnonsed with PSTD and racing thoughts extreme anxiety and depressed. Took medication moved lost insurance n moved back to state where my mom was killed and been two years me struggling cannot do it anymore where do I turn to first?
