no healh insurance

I am 61 years old, I was on Tncare in my state of Tn up until 2005. They changed the criteria for acceptance and now your income or medical condition no longer matters/ I have infrahisian heartblock,type 2 diabetis, nerve damage and have such terrible knee and leg pain it's almost unberable: I'm not able to work and my husband
is on Medicare and retired: We live on a fixed income so can't afford Doc's and tests or surgery, what does a person do,just suffer in silence?
