open enrollment

I have had in the last 3 years many medical workups due to seemingly unrelated conditions...I have seen specialists due to headaches, chest pain, syncope, I've had a pre-cancerous skin lesion removed, benign brain tumor found,  I've been diagnosed with anxiety and even as being a hypochondiac by 1 doctor.    Do I ever stand a chance at getting medical insurance with this type of history?  Even if I did, would the pre existing conditions ever be covered?    I remember once blue cross advertised an open enrollment....they said no matter what pre existing conditions you are accepted...Did that mean that I could sign up with them in my state of "health"?    what implecations would all my pre existing conditions have if i could ever find open enrollment again?  and how frequently do companies usually offer this?

Your “insurability” by an Individual & Family plan will depend on your current coverage & State of residence. In most States you may not qualify for traditional Individual & Family plan and again without knowing where you live, I couldn’t provide you any information on your local Carriers including Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
