One provision of the new law (Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act), allows parents to keep their children on their health plans until the age of 26. So if getting on your parents policy is an option (in other words your parents have health coverage and are willing to add you), have your parents inquire with their employers.

If getting on your parents policy is not an option, then I would recommend visiting the new website set up by the Health & Humana Services to help individuals like yourself; this website will walk you through what you need to do to get the plan you need.
